Return Policy

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If a Zipset product doesn’t work for you, we’ll refund it. Sixty (60) days, no questions, no restocking fee. Use the pot half-empty, decide it’s not for you — you still get your money back.
This applies to every product sold on getzipset.com: SKIN, HAIR, FRAGRANCE, BODY, and any apparel drop unless otherwise specified at purchase.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@getzipset.com with:
- Your order number.
- The product(s) you want to return.
- A one-line reason (optional, but helps us improve).
We’ll reply within twenty-four (24) hours with the return address and instructions. There is no online portal; a human reads every email.
What Qualifies
- Within 60 days of delivery.
- Product purchased directly from getzipset.com. Items bought from third-party retailers must be returned to that retailer.
- Used or unused. A pot that’s halfway empty still qualifies. We’d rather lose a sale than have you stuck with something you don’t use.
What Doesn’t Qualify
- Products returned after 60 days from delivery.
- Products bought from a retailer other than getzipset.com.
- Items damaged after delivery through misuse, accident, or modification.
- Limited-edition apparel drops where the product page explicitly states “final sale”.
- Free gifts or promotional items received as part of a bundle (the bundle as a whole is refundable; isolated free items are not).
Shipping Costs for Returns
You cover return shipping. We recommend a tracked service — if a return is lost in transit and we never receive it, we cannot issue a refund. Original outbound shipping costs (if any were paid) are refunded only for defective or incorrect items.
Refunds
Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we inspect it and process the refund within ten (10) business days. The refund is issued to the original payment method (card, PayPal, etc.). Depending on your bank, the credit may take an additional 3 to 7 business days to appear on your statement.
If after 14 business days from our confirmation email you still haven’t seen the refund, contact your bank first, then email us at support@getzipset.com with proof and we’ll investigate immediately.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, email us within seven (7) days of delivery with photos. We’ll send a replacement or refund at no cost — return shipping included.
Exchanges
We do not currently process direct exchanges. If you want a different product, place a new order and return the original one under this policy. This keeps things simple and avoids you waiting for two shipments to cross paths.
Gifts
If you received Zipset as a gift and want to return it: contact us with the order number (the giver can share it). The refund will be issued to the original purchaser’s payment method, or as store credit to you if the giver prefers.
Statutory Rights
This policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect them.
- United Kingdom: The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give you 14 days from delivery to cancel, plus 14 days to return the product. Zipset’s 60-day guarantee runs in parallel.
- Australia: Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are unaffected.
- United States: Statutory consumer protections under federal and state law remain in full effect.
