Last updated: 23rd May 2026
Article 1 — Legal Notice
The website accessible at getzipset.com (the “Website”) is operated by:
MAIA FONTAINE LLC
30N Gould St, Ste R
Sheridan, Wyoming 82801
United States of America
Commercial brand: Zipset
For all questions, contact us at support@getzipset.com (hereinafter the “Operator”).
Article 2 — Scope of these Terms
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “Terms”) apply exclusively to online sales of products offered by the Operator on the Website. By placing an order, the Customer (“you”) confirms having read and accepted these Terms. The version in force on the day of the order governs the contract.
The Operator may modify these Terms at any time. The Terms applicable to any given order are those published on the Website at the time the order is placed.
Article 3 — Description of Products
Zipset sells personal care products for men, including but not limited to: tallow-based skincare (balms, creams, face washes), haircare (shampoo, conditioner, peptide serums), fragrances and body care. Apparel items may be offered through limited capsule drops.
Each product is described on its dedicated page. Photographs are illustrative and not contractually binding. Colors, textures and packaging may vary slightly from images due to screen rendering and manufacturing tolerances. Product formulas comply with applicable U.S. cosmetics regulations (FDA, FTC).
Article 4 — Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your state or country of residence) to place an order. By placing an order, you represent that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
Article 5 — Orders
Product offers are valid while stocks last. If a product becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will notify you by email and you may choose between (a) holding your order for the next restock — no extra charge, your order ships automatically as soon as stock returns, with regular status updates by email; (b) a replacement product of equivalent quality and price; or (c) a full refund processed within ten (10) business days.
To place an order, you select your products, add them to your cart, review the contents, confirm your shipping and billing information, accept these Terms, and submit payment. Order confirmation by you constitutes irrevocable acceptance of these Terms and forms the contract between you and the Operator.
The Operator reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases including, but not limited to: failure to comply with these Terms, suspected fraud, outstanding balances on previous orders, or inability to verify the information provided.
Article 6 — Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD). The price applicable to your order is the price displayed on the Website at the time of order. Sales tax is added at checkout where applicable, based on the destination state.
For international orders (United Kingdom, Australia), prices may be displayed in your local currency through automatic conversion at checkout. The final amount charged is in USD; your bank or card issuer determines the exact conversion rate.
Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal where available. Card details are processed through Shopify Payments and other PCI-DSS compliant gateways. The Operator does not store full card numbers on its servers.
Your card is charged at the time of order confirmation. If the payment is declined for any reason, the order is automatically cancelled.
Article 7 — Shipping and Delivery
Zipset ships to the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia. Shipping fees, when applicable, are displayed at checkout before final order confirmation.
Free U.S. domestic shipping on orders of $50 or more. Standard U.S. delivery: 5 to 10 business days after dispatch. International delivery (UK, AU): 7 to 15 business days, customs handling included.
For international orders, any applicable customs duties, import taxes or local VAT are handled at checkout where possible (Delivered Duty Paid). If duties are charged on delivery, the Operator will indicate this clearly before payment.
Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the address you provided. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address. The Operator is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect address.
Article 8 — Formation of Contract
The contract between you and the Operator is formed at the moment you receive the order confirmation email from the Operator. Until that confirmation is sent, no contract is in force, regardless of any acknowledgement screen displayed at checkout.
Order records, invoices and email communications are archived on durable media and may be produced as proof of the contract.
Article 9 — Right of Cancellation and Returns
U.S. customers benefit from Zipset’s 60-day money-back guarantee as detailed in the Return Policy.
For U.K. customers, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 apply: you have 14 days from delivery to notify us of your intent to cancel, and a further 14 days to return the product, in addition to which the Zipset 60-day guarantee remains available.
For Australian customers, statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected, and the Zipset 60-day guarantee applies in parallel.
Refer to the full Return Policy for procedure, eligibility and timelines.
Article 10 — No Subscriptions
Zipset does not operate subscriptions, auto-renewals, or recurring billing. Every order is a one-off purchase. You will never be charged automatically after your initial order without placing a new order yourself.
Article 11 — Warranty and Liability
Products are warranted to conform to their description and to be fit for ordinary personal care use, in accordance with applicable U.S. consumer protection law (including the FTC Act and the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act where relevant). For customers outside the United States, statutory consumer warranties under local law remain in effect and are not excluded by these Terms.
The Operator’s total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the purchase of a product is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for that product, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law (notably in cases of death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
The Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Zipset products are cosmetic personal care items. They are not pharmaceutical products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you have a known skin condition or allergy, consult a healthcare professional before use.
Article 12 — Customer Support
All customer service inquiries, warranty claims and post-sale questions should be directed to support@getzipset.com. The Operator commits to a human reply within twenty-four (24) hours, seven days a week.
Article 13 — Intellectual Property
The Zipset name, logo, brand identity, copy, photography and all materials on the Website are owned by MAIA FONTAINE LLC or licensed to it. No content from the Website may be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior written consent.
Article 14 — Force Majeure
The Operator is not liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of war, civil unrest, pandemics, government action, carrier failures, or disruptions to suppliers.
Article 15 — Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Return Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Operator with respect to the subject matter.
Article 16 — Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, USA, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
Article 17 — SMS Marketing
By opting in to SMS marketing from Zipset at checkout or via a subscription form, you agree to receive recurring text messages (including order updates, checkout reminders, and marketing offers) at the mobile number provided. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. For questions, contact support@getzipset.com.
Article 18 — Acceptance
By placing an order on getzipset.com, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full.
